is a regional South Bohemian award granted annually to local builders, designers and contractors in order to appreciate the quality of buildings constructed in the South Bohemian Region.

A terminal and a P+R parking lot were built in Strakonice to facilitate the transfer of passengers. Pedestrian walkways were also revitalized. Traveling by public transport is now more comfortable and the clear terminal layout makes orientation easier.

Voluntary firefighters in Skalná in the Cheb district operate in a newly constructed building, providing all the needed facilities and a convenient connection to the infrastructure. The modern fire station has a capacity for 25 firefighters and 4 fire trucks, and has a two-storey tower for drying hoses.

The Gloria Musaealis National Museum Competition

aims to increase the prestige of museum institutions as guardians of the Czech Republic's national cultural heritage. It includes the Museum of the Year award.

The monastery in Plasy is an important architectural monument from the middle of the 12th century, which, however, dilapidated for many years. Thanks to the reconstruction, the monastery regained its original beauty. It has a functional brewery and a baroque mill, a professional library and a new interactive exhibition.

The wooden house in Úpice is the most important historical monument there, which has been preserved for future generations by the restoration. The wooden house has new floors and plumbing. To increase safety, fire detectors and a lightning conductor were installed.

The unique Villa Tugendhat underwent extensive restoration, aimed at returning the villa to its original form from the 1930s. The intent was materialised mainly thanks to period photographs of the interior, exterior and garden.
